Publix and other STALKERS

It's pretty sad when WAY too many of these "lights" of Tampa are involved in stalking.

Lindell/Kuhn come to mind although I must say that Jason has dialed it WAY back unless you count his disgruntled employees slithering around my family.

AND the familiar names on THIS LIST doing the same.

STRAZ CENTER list of assholes and donors too often the same thing.

My, PUBLIX. what a well-kept secret this WAS:

Collection of Stalkers

PUBLIX stalks my family, myself and others in various ways.

These include shadowing us on the interstates and by-ways of Tampa at any hour of the day or night.

As well, I documented the tags when I finally noticed this after the third or fourth appearance by each one. Then one day I took the long way around the Corporate parking lot and found THOSE SAME TAGS in PUBLIX parking lot.

There are several instances I will keep fro public view but another popular one is to
have their store managers follow you and their retail employees try to befriend your family and in that instance insert themmselves into your life.

THEN when you visit the retail stores those same employees (also an act of stalking) will waylay you and delay you until another stalker arrives onboard. It's very VERY obvious.

In this blog I will also include by posting, other instances of PUBLIX CORPORATE stalking I find on the web. The below post from the black family after my brief intro to same, is one such instance.

There is also a youtube channel to coincide. I had a great deal of trouble making a youtube channel and a yahoo account with the words stalking and/or corporate stalking in the title.

THIS is something they want covered up.

Stalking by and for Black People at PUBLIX

Publix has plenty of black employees who carry out their stalking so it's NOT a racist thing.

It's a DIRTY WHITE BOY THANG. Which can be ENTIRELY BLACK

Can I sue Publix Grocery store for following, stalking, harassing, and discriminating while shopping?

We shop at Publix Grocery store about 4-5 times a month for about 3 years. Today, I just got fed up. Each time we go in; the store goes into "panic mode" and I notice store "officials(managers, employees and lost prevention) get into their corners." Today, I noticed 3-4 police cars outside the store with a white guy in handcuffs…who knows why. Anyway, as we proceed to shop: I also notice the lost prevention person peep his head around the corner really quickly and then darts off (like a stalker peeping around the corner at us). That's was the last straw!
So, I followed him just to see where and what he did after I spotted him. He was seen at the pharmacy counter, as if he suddenly had a prescription to p/u. Then one of the "officials" walked by and asked me was I all right? I glad he asked, now I could report my grievance to an authorized official . I told him "NO, I was not doing all right" I said to him, " stop following me around the store like I am a crook and stop this lost pr

BECAUSE I AM A BLACK MAN, THIS IS WHY I AM BEING WATCHED AND FOLLOWED closely and blatantly ….
That what makes me special. Sounds like to me:( the only response I am reading are coming from the typical white audience who thinks all black people are suspicious and/or shoplifters. I am applaud to live in a community where I am being singled out because of my race and I refuse to move or shop at another store. If I don't like how I am being treated, I will not go to another place to shop. I will address my feelings to whomever it may concern. I will fight for what's right…and what's right is treating people fairly and respectable. My my my…its racial profiling and discrimination at a place I SPEND my money…I understand that I will not get any support here because I am a black man living in racist society (physically and virtually).
I tell you what white american readers…..paint your face, neck and arms black or brown and go shopping and I promise you will be followed and scrutinized.

No.

You can take your business elsewhere if you don't like how they treat you.

Following can be proven, and either legally rationalized or not. "Stalking, harassing and discriminating" are utterly subjective terms and dependent on circumstance and intent, and I wish you good luck establishing that ANY of those things took place. Perhaps you appeared to them like a shoplifter and they simply wanted to protect their property?

Yes, you can sue them, but I will give you 100/1 odds that you won't win.

Shoplifters take a big bite out of profits, and the store has the right to protect their property. Interesting that this concerns you. The fact that you are followed so much makes me question why you look so suspicious they would take so much time to follow you.
As to suing, what for? And what about the cameras, throughout the store, that watch you and the employees 24/7?
You stated harassing and discrimination, yet offered no examples.

You were " following, stalking, harassing, and discriminating" by a building?

I'd sue .

Unless, of course, they were exercising their legal shopkeeper's privilege to secure their premises.
Then I'd shop elsewhere

You can sue anybody for anything. Doesn't mean you will win, but the lawyer will get his $300 an hour.
